Since breasts contain fat cells, milk-ducts and glands held together in a web of soft connective tissue so by exercising it can tones up the muscles on which the breast tissue lies. If your bust-line measures less than what you want then exercises would give you chest line firmer and making your bust looks larger.
Swimming might be the best exercise, but it can be too time consuming. Chlorine also tends to dry out hair and skin so we highly recommend the Wall Push Up.
Follow these steps
1. Choose a wall in your room and stand about 2 feet away (facing it)
2. Place your hand against the wall at chest level. Make sure your fingers are pointed towards the ceiling and your hands are flat against the wall
3. Lean against the wall, using your arms and chest to control the motion. Hold your breath and count to four. Remember to keep your stomach and hips tight and your back straight.
4. Exhale and push yourself from the wall. Now slowly count to four
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 (15 repetitions per day)
You can add more challenge by using the exercise ball.
