One of the most important in breast care methods is breast exercising with these simple steps as it would help in strengthening your breast muscle or so call shelf. With breast exercising, you can get a firmer breast.
Below are the breast exercise steps: stand in front of the wall
1) Begin with walk close to the wall or empty partition in your house, then hold your arms straight in front of you and touch the wall at shoulder level and separate your arms the same width as your shoulder. Lift up all of your fingers.
2) Then step backward while hold your arms touching the wall and try to move backward as far as possible. Try to adjust your manner as convent as possible.
3) Flex your bay and hips and take a deep breath, then move forward till you close up to the wall and keep being straight of your back (count 1 to 4 slowly)
4) Then take expire breath and move your body far from the wall till your shoulder get straight (count 1 to 4 slowly) repeat step 3 -4 for up to 10-15 set after that try to do 20 set, you may try using a ball.
